Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 15^th 2011 at 8:00 PM at the Town of Hubbard Town Hall, W2864 Neda Road, a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2012 Budget for the Town of Hubbard will be held.  The Proposed Budget in detail is available for inspection at the Clerk’s office by calling 920-387-1026 for an appointment.  The following is a summary of the Proposed 2012 Budget:

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE

TOWN OF HUBBARD

          Notice is hereby given of a Special Town Meeting of the electors of the Town of Hubbard on Tuesday, November 15^th 2011.  This Special Town Meeting will follow the completion of the Public Hearing for the Proposed 2012 Town Budget, which begins at 8:00 PM, at the Hubbard Town Hall, W2864 Neda Road in the village of Neda.  This Special Town Meeting of Electors is called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of WI Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes:

1.     To adopt the 2011 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of WI Statutes.

2.    To approve the total 2012 Highway Expenditures pursuant to Sec. 81.01(3) of WI Statutes.

3.    To authorize the Town Board to hire town officers as employees of the town and set an hourly wage pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(g) of WI Statutes.
