NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at an election to be held in the Town of Hubbard on Tuesday, April 2nd 2013, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. All terms are for two years beginning on Tuesday, April 16th 2013.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a town caucus for the purpose of nominating candidates to appear on the spring election ballot for the above listed offices will be scheduled during the month of December. The caucus will be held on a date not sooner than January 1st 2013 and not later than January 29th 2013. Notice of the scheduled date of the caucus will be given at least five days before the caucus.

At the SPRING PRIMARY ELECTION to be held on February 19th 2013 in the Town of Hubbard, the following polling place will be used for all wards:
The Town of Hubbard Town Hall located at W2864 Neda Road in the village of Neda.
THE POLLS WILL OPEN AT 7:00 AM AND WILL CLOSE AT 8:00 PM. This polling place is accessible to the elderly and disabled voters.
