NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD MEETING-June 12, 2012
The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Hubbard Town Board will be held on Tuesday, June 12th 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Hubbard Town Hall, W2864 Neda Road in the village of Neda.
AGENDA:
1. Call to Order
2. Verification of the publication and posting of the meeting notice and the posting of the Agenda
3. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous Town Board Meeting
4. Reading and acceptance of the Treasurer’s Report
5. Review and payment of bills presented
6. Public Appearances (limit of 5 minutes per person)
7. Discuss snowplow trucks for sale in WTA magazine
8. Discuss Humane Society contract
At 8:15 the Town Board meeting will be recessed in order to hold the Public Hearing for the Liquor License applications received by the Town. Following adjournment of the Liquor License Public Hearing the Town Board meeting will be reconvened.
9. Discuss condition of Willow tree on Wildcat Road
10.Discuss Menard expansion and date for Plan Commission meeting
11.Discuss space issues in Town Hall
12.Correspondence
13.Set date for July meeting
14.Public Appearances (limit of 5 minutes per person
15.Adjourn
