NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD MEETING – February 13, 2012
The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Hubbard Town Board will be held on Monday, February 13th 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Hubbard Town Hall in Neda.
AGENDA:
1. Call to Order
2. Verification of the publication and posting of the meeting notice and the posting of the Agenda
3. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous Town Board Meeting
4. Reading and acceptance of the Treasurer’s Report
5. Review and payment of bills
6. Public Appearances (limit of 5 minutes per person)
7. Discussion of Horicon Ambulance Service proposal
8. Discuss permit situation for moved house on Mine Road
9. Discuss Constable phone #(tabled at January 10th Board meeting)
10.Discuss Lake Sinissippi Improvement District Commissioner resignation
11.Discuss partial loan prepayment
