NOTICE OF TOWN OF HUBBARD TOWN BOARD MEETING-April 9, 2013

The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Hubbard Town Board will be held on Tuesday, May 14^th 2013 at 7:30 PM at the Hubbard Town Hall, W2864 Neda Road in the village of Neda.

          AGENDA:

1.     Call to Order

2.    Verification of the publication and posting of the meeting notice and the posting of the Agenda

3.    Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous Town Board meeting

4.    Reading and acceptance of the Treasurer’s Report

5.    Review and payment of bills presented

6.    Public Appearances (limit of 5 minutes per person)

7.    Discuss use of Golf Carts

8.    Discuss Hustisford Fire Contract.

9.    We Energies service permit request

10.Road Inspection

11. Update on Town Hall remodel

12.Correspondence

13.Set date for June meeting
